At Hemming+Hart we recognise that separation is a difficult time that has a large degree of uncertainty.  We understand that part of the uncertainty is how much parties are likely to spend in legal fees and how long the process is likely to take.

At Hemming+Hart our approach has always been to work with our clients to find for them a practical solution in a cost effective manner.

As part of this commitment to our clients we are usually prepared to offer fixed fee pricing for particular types of Family Law work where possible. 

Please note we do not provide fixed fee cost estimates over the phone and are only prepared to offer these following an initial consultation with a client so that we are able to gain full instructions of the matter prior to offering a fixed fee basis of charging. We also need to make sure our clients understand the conditions attached to fixed fee pricing, including the work that is and is not included within the fee estimate, which can only be done in a conference.

We also offer flexible payment options including direct debit, which we are happy to discuss in a conference setting.
