- Advising on and executing the brand protection strategies for a market-leading security products brand, a market-leading national food chain and a marketing-leading pet products manufacturer;
- Acting for several high profile brands in relation to their national and international distribution strategies (including in the security products, alcoholic beverage and pet products industries);
- Acting for several high profile brands in relation to the operation and expansion of their retail and service networks (including in the fitness, retail furniture and retail food industries);
- Advising a start-up company on all aspects of establishing an online shopping mall, including seed capital raising, corporate governance, brand protection and e-commerce issues;
- Advising several high profile brands on their franchise strategy, documentation and processes (including in the fitness, retail food and real estate industries).
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Acting for a private equity firm in the simultaneous acquisition of eight mining services companies;
- Acting for an ASX listed mining services company in the acquisition of a coal seam gas analysis company;
- Acting for a market leading security products brand in the acquisition of a powder coating company;
- Acting for an IT services company in its reverse takeover of an NSXA listed entity.
Capital Raising
- Acting for multiple ASX listed exploration companies in rights issues, share placement plan issues, private placement issues and employee share and option plans;
- Establishing an unlisted investment company and advising in relation to several public capital raisings;
- Acting for several market leading manufacturing brands on disclosure exempt capital raisings (including in the security products, beverage and pet products industries).
